Opportunity
SailPoint Engineer – an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist role that supports large‑scale IAM projects for Booz Allen clients, helping secure identities and ensure Zero Trust principles.
Responsibilities- Support large‑scale IAM projects for clients.
- Interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to detail critical processes and user‑role dependencies.
- Analyze identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records.
- Design, deploy, and support solutions that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials, covering single sign‑on to privileged access systems.
- Implement enterprise‑class IAM solutions to defend against adversaries.
- Experience with Identity Governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Forge Rock) including identity lifecycle management, access certification, entitlement management, file access governance, and unstructured data protection.
- Implementation of identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de‑provisioning, access reviews, and certification.
- Developing workflows for joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios and automating identity tasks.
- Java expertise for customizing IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Integration of SailPoint IIQ with Service Now, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- HS diploma or GED (minimum); bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with other IAM platforms (Microsoft Azure AD, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Oracle, CA Identity Management).
- Knowledge of enterprise directory architectures.
- Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization, and privilege access management technologies and protocols.
- Knowledge of NIST 800‑63 access control frameworks.
- Leadership and coaching of technical staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CompensationProjected salary range: $86,800 to $198,000 (annualized USD). Compensation is based on location, education, skills, and experience.
