Position: 2055 Operations Analyst III (Top Secret) with Security Clearance

this position is contingent upon contract award description of position / duties: all points is seeking an operations analyst iii to support a prospective darpa customer in arlington, va. This role provides senior-level analytical and programmatic support to government leadership across complex research and development programs, integrating financial, technical, and operational data to support decision-making. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This is a federal contract, and u.s. Citizenship and an active top secret clearance are required. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered. The selected candidate will apply advanced analytical methods and operations research techniques to interpret complex program data, support multi-program coordination, and deliver high-quality documentation and reporting in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* provide senior-level analytical support to government leadership across programmatic, financial, and technical functions
* apply operations research methods, including quantitative analysis, modeling, and optimization, to evaluate program performance and provide actionable insights
* support coordination and integration of large, multi-program efforts involving funding, schedules, technical milestones, and personnel resources
* prepare and deliver financial execution reports, program budgets, and quarterly review documentation in government-specified formats
* draft and refine briefings, reports, program approval documents (pads), pad amendments, program completion reports, and other program documentation
* develop and maintain classified and unclassified documentation, including r&d descriptive summary narratives up to the ts/sci level
* support administrative and documentation lifecycle activities related to government acquisitions, ensuring coordination across program managers, contracting offices, and legal teams
* coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support program execution and technology transition efforts
* track program milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure alignment with overall program objectives education:
* bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, mathematics, science, or a related field is required experience:
* minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in operations analysis, operations research, program management, analytical consulting, or a closely related field skills / qualifications:
* experience applying analytical or operations research methods to support program decision-making
* experience supporting multi-program environments with complex schedules, budgets, and technical milestones
* experience preparing program documentation, reports, and briefings for senior leadership
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
* strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
* experience tracking program milestones, schedules, and action items across multiple efforts
* ability to work independently and provide senior-level support to government clients desired qualifications:
* experience supporting darpa or similar defense research and development organizations
* experience with dod financial management concepts, including budget formulation and execution tracking (commitments, obligations, expenditures)
* experience supporting r&d technology transition planning salary information:
* base salary range is approximately $88,000 - $98,000 annually depending on experience, qualifications, and contract finalization. Final compensation is subject to contract award, funding, and alignment to contract requirements. Security clearance:
* u.s. Citizenship is required
