Role OverviewAs a single-threaded owner, the ICMP Partner Program Manager oversees partner security operations within the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program (ICMP) on the AWS Marketplace Regulated Industries team. The role manages 250+ active security clearances across the ISV partner ecosystem, coordinates facility visit requests, and owns the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for new ISVs entering ICMP—ensuring they meet FOCI adjudication, ICMP addendum execution, and classified environment provisioning requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovation across the national security space by enabling new technology partners to build, list, and sell solutions across AWS ADCs.
- Serve as the operational backbone of the ICMP, ensuring ISV partners can successfully participate in classified marketplaces.
- Own the end‑to‑end ICMP onboarding pipeline—FOCI adjudication, ICMP addendum execution, security briefings, facility access provisioning, and classified environment setup coordination.
- Coordinate all facility visit requests for cleared ISV personnel, preparing and submitting visit authorization requests across multiple IC agencies, managing recurring visit schedules and troubleshooting access issues.
- Manage the program’s security clearance portfolio—sponsoring new applications, coordinating with ISV Facility Security Officers, tracking reinvestigations and ensuring all cleared personnel maintain active status.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between ISV partners, National Security mission owners, IC security organizations, and internal AWS teams, operating independently as a single‑threaded owner.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
- 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
- 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics‑driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
- Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
