Job Description Microsoft 365 Developer / Solution Engineer (Hybrid – Arlington, VA)

We’re looking for an early-career Microsoft 365 Developer / Solution Engineer to join a collaborative team building modern, cloud-based solutions across M365, Azure, and Atlassian platforms. Day to day:
* Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
* Contribute to the development and configuration of cloud-based applications and integrations
* Help deliver solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Atlassian tools
* Support automation, scripting, and workflow improvements
* Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards
* Document solutions and help build reusable architectures and standards Requirements:* ~1+ year of experience in M365, cloud, or software engineering environments
* Experience with at least one:
* Power Shell, Python, JavaScript, Type Script, C#, or Java
* Understanding of web applications, APIs, and integrations
* Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) To be given priority consideration (Not Required):
* Exposure to Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Entra )
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Share Point
* Familiarity with Copilot, AI tools, or automation platforms
* Experience integrating systems via APIs (M365, Azure, Atlassian)
* Understanding of Dev Ops / CI-CD or data governance frameworks
