Securi Gence is seeking a talented Unified Communications Team Lead to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation through Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team supporting Unified Communications services.
- Manage and maintain Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and associated voice infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot SIP-based communication systems and integrations.
- Oversee Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, including deployment, configuration, and support.
- Support and maintain OWL systems for cross-domain communication requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues across enterprise environments.
- Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of UC services.
- Provide technical leadership on UC-related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Coordinate with network, systems, and security teams to ensure proper integration of UC services.
- Monitor UC infrastructure using enterprise tools and respond to alerts and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, including DISA STIGs and other DoD standards.
- Support mission-critical operations, including after-hours maintenance and incident response
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in network management or other related fields.
- 6+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
- DOD IAT Level II Certification is required.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is preferred
- TS/SCI required
- Strong understanding of Cisco UC technologies, including CUCM, voice gateways, and endpoints.
- Deep knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, call routing, and dial plan design.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting VTC systems and conferencing solutions.
- Understanding of cross-domain solutions such as OWL systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex UC and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with DoD security requirements, including NIST and DISA STIGs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a mission-critical environment.
