Senior Manager of Product Management – Tech for the AWS Specialist Technology Team (STT). STT connects AWS’s deep technical specialists, field teams, and customers to accelerate adoption and success. The Senior Manager will lead and manage a portfolio of AI‑powered internal tools and 20+ customer‑facing products, setting vision, strategy, and accountable product teams.

• Set and drive a cohesive product vision and multi‑year strategy across the portfolio while remaining hands‑on on individual product roadmaps, evaluating proposals and making prioritization decisions.
• Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing product management team—hiring top talent, coaching best practices, setting ambitious goals, and fostering a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence.
• Guide product direction for both AI‑powered internal tools and customer‑facing products, ensuring they deliver measurable impact for field teams and external customers.
• Drive cross‑organizational alignment with engineering, science, design, GTM, and field leadership; resolve dependencies, drive integration strategies, and ensure seamless consumption by field teams, partners, and customers.
• Establish outcome‑oriented metrics and accountability frameworks across the portfolio, measuring adoption, productivity, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Represent the product portfolio to senior leadership, articulating vision, progress, risks, and trade‑offs at Director and VP‑level reviews.

• 8+ years of experience managing technology products from ideation through launch.
• 5+ years of people‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs in a product.

• Experience delivering technology products or services in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience shaping business strategy for technical products for large enterprises or partners.
• Experience with cloud‑native technologies.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
