Insider Threat Analyst​/TS​/SCI

• Salary Range - $ to $135,000
• Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered.
• Location - On‑Site at Fort Belvoir. This is not a remote position and we are the Prime.

Provide Insider Threat support to a government agency at Fort Belvoir, VA.

• Identify and report indicators of insider threat events.
• Use tools to analyze network traffic, system log files, User Activity Monitoring (UAM) data, and other artifacts to determine potential risk indicators, insider threat activities, and/or policy violations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Security, Counterintelligence, and Information Assurance / Cyber Security principles.
• Interview walk‑in sources.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Produce timely written recommendations and assessments.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong briefing skills and ability to present to small and large audiences.
• Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization.
• Completion of the National Insider Threat Task Force Insider Threat Hub Operations Course (within 6 months of hire).
• Completion of the Insider Threat Analyst Course (within 6 months of hire).
• Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional – Fundamentals, Analyst
