Compliance Specialist, IT​/Tech

Location: Arlington, VA 22202 (Fully Onsite)

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead compliance work streams supporting e-commerce requirements delivery and testing initiatives
. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, operational, and product compliance requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

• Lead end-to-end compliance work streams across e-commerce/digital platform initiatives
• Manage requirements gathering, validation, and delivery coordination
• Oversee testing coordination (UAT/QA) and ensure compliance readiness before release
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations
• Prepare status updates and executive-level reporting
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams
• Maintain governance using structured tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)

• 4–7 years in Project or Program Management
• Strong experience in compliance, regulatory, or governance environments
• Experience supporting e-commerce or digital platform initiatives
• Hands‑on involvement in requirements management
• Experience coordinating testing / UAT / QA activities
• Tools:
  Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or Service Now
• Strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management

• Telecom, Big Tech, or highly regulated industries
• Experience in FedRAMP, NIST, SOC, or audit readiness environments
• Background in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or telecom carriers
• Exposure to structured testing tools (e.g., Test Rail)
