Location: Arlington, VA
Type: Full-Time | On-site 5 days/week
About the TeamJoin a fast-growing technology company where IT plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. You'll be the primary on-site IT expert, helping scale operations in a collaborative, Mac-first environment
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary IT resource for the local office, providing Tier II/III technical support
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account access
- Troubleshoot macOS hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools (100% Mac environment)
- Support conference room AV systems and live meetings to ensure seamless user experiences
- Administer endpoint management, identity platforms, and SaaS applications
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and security best practices
- Partner with remote IT leadership and vendors to improve operations and scalability
- JAMF or similar Mac MDM solutions
- Okta, Google Workspace, and SSO
- Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
- Endpoint security, MFA, and access management
