Overview
Job Title: Data/Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA (first two weeks onsite, then 3 days in/2 days remote)
Start Date: April 7
Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $30-44/hr
Support multiple projects by analyzing and visualizing data to track investments, streamline reporting, and enhance decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Work on investment tracking tools and financial data analysis
- Conduct data analytics and partner with digital analytics teams
- Create and track KPIs, identifying gaps in data and improving reporting
- Develop dashboards for leadership to provide holistic insights
- Support business teams with data manipulation, flow charts, and process diagrams
- Clean and organize large datasets for better reporting and data hygiene
- Collaborate with different departments to consolidate audience distribution
- 3-5 years of experience in business/data analysis
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills from a business perspective
- Experience in data exportation, manipulation, visualization, and Excel
- Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and summarize key findings
- Experience creating flow charts/process diagrams (no specific program required)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Tableau experience for data visualization
- SQL and Python knowledge
