- Location: Onsite, Arlington, VA (5 days in office)
- Clearance: Secret required (Secret active or interim,or Secret to be obtained)
- Cert: IAT Level II active or obtainable prior to start
- Experience: 5+ years relevant experience
- Core purpose: Design, configure, automate, integrate, sustain, and optimize an enterprise Service Now platform.
- Platform management: configuration, maintenance, performance optimization
- User administration: accounts, roles, permissions, access controls
- Workflow automation: streamline processes via workflows/approvals/scripting as needed
- Application customization: build/customize Service Now apps
- End-user support: troubleshooting and operational support
- System monitoring & efficiency: identify issues, optimize performance
- Integrations: connect Service Now with enterprise tools/add-ons; API connections
- QA & deployment readiness: testing prior to release
- Knowledge management: maintain centralized knowledge base
- Enablement: stakeholder training and adoption support
- Documentation: functional + technical documentation
- 5+ years relevant Service Now or adjacent enterprise platform experience
- Active Secret clearance or interim (and ability to obtain Secret)
- IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent) active or to be obtained before start
- Strong Service Now admin/dev capability for:
- System administration: roles/permissions/access controls
- Dashboards/reports: real-time operational visibility for ITSM performance
- Operational sustainment: keep the platform stable, efficient, and supported
- Documentation + training for stakeholders
- Quantitative outcome measurement tied to mission objectives
