Associate Engagement Manager, Professional Services A2C Delivery

Associate Engagement Manager (EM) role in the AWS Professional Services (Pro Serve) team. This position focuses on leading the delivery of complex cloud solution projects, combining technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for customers. The role bridges business requirements with technical solutions, facilitates technical discussions, and ensures alignment with customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related science/technical field.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers.
• Experience in Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering, or Dev Ops.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Proven ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makers.

Security Clearance

This position requires the candidate to be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: 98,200.00 –  USD annually for Arlington, VA and Herndon, VA. The package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
