Guidehouse is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Arlington, VA for a 24/7 operation center. You will provide first-line support across phone, email, chat, and other channels, triage requests, and resolve routine issues using SOPs.
You will escalate complex cases to Tier 2/3 with complete documentation and log interactions in the service management system. Qualified candidates have an active TS clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in customer support.
