Kayla Tek is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to support the AFNCR IT contract at the Pentagon. This role involves face-to-face and remote assistance, hardware/software setup, and mobile device management for personnel in the Pentagon and related sites.
You will work in a fast-paced government environment, providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting CAC authentication, VPNs, Office apps, and device imaging, with after-hours support as needed.
