  • Responsible AI practices, data governance, and ethical use of machine learning in federal environments.
  • Agile delivery, Dev Sec Ops , and continuous learning through certifications and mentorship.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM or adjacent field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science), with graduation by August 31, 2026.
  • Engineering background with foundational skills in data analysis, programming, and problem‑solving.
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements).
  • Ability to travel 25‑50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4‑year accredited institution.
  • Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry and Databricks.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages, modern frameworks, cloud platforms, databases, and/or AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and AI tools such as Python, R, SQL, Postgres, Tableau, Power BI, or machine learning platforms.
