Linked In:  We are seeking Dev Ops Engineers to support the automation, optimization, and deployment of cloud-based environments and scalable platforms. This role focuses on building reliable CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring consistent, secure, and high-performance deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Manage source control repositories and infrastructure configurations
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Cloud Formation
Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud environments
Enhance platform performance through automation and optimization efforts
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment workflows
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system health
Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance in active environments
Maintain version control and change management processes
Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Ensure consistency and repeatability across deployments
Support security hardening and compliance automation initiatives

Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, automation, or software engineering
Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, etc.)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell)

Experience with Git and version control best practices
Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architectures

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS)
Knowledge of security automation and compliance practices
Experience supporting high-availability or enterprise systems
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Background in software engineering or systems engineering

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
