Digital Transformation Specialist, Junior — this role focuses on learning how an organization works and delivering dynamic solutions to improve systems and processes. You will help organizations solve traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions, applying data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, and artificial intelligence where appropriate. This opportunity aims to create effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations by assessing how new tools will impact missions and working with key stakeholders and technical professionals to develop transformative technology and business system solutions.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence
• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor s degree

• Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement
• Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft Power Point
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Our people-first culture prioritizes collaboration. Depending on the role, you may be remote, hybrid, or onsite. If listed as remote, there may be occasions to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. If hybrid, you will work from a Booz Allen facility frequently and may also visit a customer facility. If onsite, work will primarily be at a Booz Allen or customer facility where you will collaborate with colleagues and customers.
