Strategic Executive Project Manager

$56.39-$60.15 per hour

Duration-7 month Contract

Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program. Require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• Execute key program workstream deliverables, including but not limited to supporting project management and the rhythm of the business activities
• Write and edit documents and/or internal and external communications
• Create mechanisms to streamline and improve program operations
• Pull required data to help inform nominations decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Tech to achieve program outcomes
• Track and report on program metrics, conduct customer research, and deliver insights

• Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM for targeting, segmentation, and reporting
