Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a Training Specialist to support cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and modernization activities in federal environments. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver high‑quality cybersecurity support in alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards.

This role is contingent upon successful contract bid win.

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness, compliance, and role‑based training content.
• Create slide decks, facilitator guides, quick‑reference materials, and user‑facing training artifacts.
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance records, completion metrics, and follow‑up reporting.
• Translate technical and policy requirements into digestible training content for end users and leadership audiences.
• Support awareness campaigns, annual training cycles, and targeted communications tied to program needs.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in cyber training, awareness, or compliance education.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering live or virtual sessions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.

• 3‑5 years in cyber training, awareness, or compliance education.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training records.
• Cybersecurity awareness or insider threat training support.
• Security+ or awareness program background preferred.
• Experience assessing cloud, Zero Trust, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with system vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of computer programming and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or higher certification level preferred.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
