Job Description Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Project Management Analyst who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a "can do" attitude. This role will focus on supporting the program management team with financials, travel requests, contract modifications, and other operational tasks that will support the overall program execution. This position will support operations at a company site located in Arlington, VA.

You will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical project management experience, enhance your analytical skill set, and work with a team committed to collaborative problem-solving and mission-driven outcomes. The compensation for this role will be established in accordance with the candidate's experience, relevant skills, and alignment with internal pay structures.

Level 1 - $55,967 to $79,953 Level 2 - $69,885 - $99,836 Level 3 - $89,602 - $128,002 Essential

Job Responsibilities
* Enhance, optimize, and reorganize SharePoint Teams channels and sites to improve structure, usability, and performance.
* Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend SharePoint best practices.
* Implement updates, configurations, and structural improvements that support mission needs.
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications LEVEL 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. LEVEL 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 year's' experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.. LEVEL 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;

3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years' experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
* Ability to work closely with customer teams in a secure environment.
* Demonstrated experience supporting or developing SharePoint solutions.
* Clearance:
Must have an active Secret security clearance. Preferred Requirements
* Front-end development experience within Government 365 environments.
* Experience designing intuitive and visually effective SharePoint pages, layouts, or components.
* Top secret security clearance.
