You will supervise an operational team of multi-disciplinary analyst civilians and contracted personnel.

You will lead and provide guidance on the analysis and production of threat assessments, mitigation strategies, and their associated risks.

You will establish performance goals and standards that contribute toward increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Navy Insider Threat (InT) Analytic Hub.

You will plan and direct daily overall work operations for subordinate analysts, set priorities, establish objectives, and make decisions on issues/situations related to threat detection presented by subordinates.

You will ensure mission related artifacts/documentation are in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Navy, and Command regulations, procedure, and guidance.

You will assist in the development of behavioral analytics tools, risk scoring capabilities, risk modeling, and dashboard presentations.
