  • Cross‑Team Alignment & Architectural Governance: drive alignment across teams, resolve architectural conflicts, adapt architecture mid‑flight, coach engineers, and champion responsible AI practices.
  • AI/ML, Data & Knowledge Architecture: grow expertise in AI/ML, enterprise architecture, and data engineering; stay current on AWS service innovations; translate innovations into the specific HCLS customer context.
  • AI‑Native Delivery Transformation: develop and drive AI‑Powered Development Life Cycle (AI‑DLC) methodologies, redesign delivery models for accelerated scale, and embed AI‑native workflows to improve builder productivity and time‑to‑value.
  • Co‑location: work approximately 50 % of the time on site with customer, AWS, and partner teams in the United States.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery, including at least 5 years leading technical teams on complex transformation programs.
  • Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical trade‑offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and delivering innovative solutions for unique business environments.
  • Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering, demonstrated through leadership of large‑scale transformation programs at global enterprises.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional‑level certification.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
  • AWS Professional‑level certifications (GenAI Developer Professional, Solutions Architect Professional, Machine Learning Specialty, Data Analytics Specialty).
  • Experience in healthcare and life sciences, with emphasis on large biopharma, medtech, and payer customers; experience designing AI solutions that meet HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, OMOP, CDISC, FHIR, and HL7 FHIR R4 requirements.
  • Experience redesigning delivery workflows to become AI‑native and validating multi‑agent systems at scale to improve delivery productivity.
  • Experience designing agentic AI systems using patterns such as multi‑agent orchestration, tool‑use agents, and workflow orchestration; familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Agent Core.
  • Experience designing data platforms at scale, including data lakes, lake houses, knowledge graphs, vector databases, RAG architectures, and ontology‑driven architectures.
