New Gen Technologies in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Engagement Network (TEN) Lab Manager to join the IT support desk serving analysts and ensuring mission continuity for a U.S. Government customer.
You will act as the first level Help Desk for TEN Lab systems, assist user setup, manage tickets, and support asset records.
U.S. citizenship with DHS suitability eligibility and DoD-compatible clearance are required, plus strong problem-solving and cross-location collaboration.
