Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Department of Defense (DoD) intelligence professional with demonstrated expertise in collaborative strategies, plans, and policy necessary to make informed decisions on the direction and allocation of DoD resources. The Senior Military Intelligence Analyst will serve as a critical integrator and advisor within HQDA G-2's Strategy and Transformation Directorate (DAMI-ST). This role requires an experienced Defense Intelligence professional capable of operating at high tempo, synchronizing complex activities, and liaising effectively across DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Industry, and senior Army stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and a proven track record of supporting strategy and policy decisions to synchronize critical intelligence resources and roadmaps. This role will support the Army G-2 and guide the policy definition, adoption, and implementation of critical technology areas and their applications within the Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, coordination, and refinement of strategies and policies guiding the integration and employment of critical technologies across the Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise.
  • Maintain authoritative awareness of developments in critical technologies, Defense Intelligence Enterprise modernization efforts, and strategic-level initiatives affecting Army intelligence transformation.
  • Support senior DoD and Army decision-makers by producing high-quality roadmaps, analytic assessments, policy proposals, and executive-level briefings.
  • Drive synchronization of high-tempo activities, ensuring consistent delivery of products, alignment of stakeholder inputs, and continuity of complex modernization efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison to external organizations across the DoD, Joint Staff, and national-level partners, facilitating collaboration and unified modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and DoD policy related to emerging and critical technologies, intelligence modernization, and capability integration.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and strategic briefings to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Apply understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBandE) processes to inform recommendations, resource alignment, and long-range strategic planning supporting DoD intelligence priorities.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and continuity across a diverse portfolio of strategic, technical, and policy initiatives.
Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of DoD and U.S. policy related to critical technologies, modernization, and intelligence capability development
  • Familiarity with DoD operational structures, doctrine, and mission-critical intelligence operati ns
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with a proven ability to craft innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive-ready products
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
