Head of Enterprise AI and Process Transformation; INDG

Leads enterprise AI enablement, automation, and process transformation initiatives by identifying, implementing, and scaling technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. Develops enterprise AI strategy, reusable frameworks, operating models, change management programs, and cross-functional partnerships while leading a small technical team.

• Partner across business units and technology teams to help shape and operationalize the organization’s Enterprise AI strategy
• Collaborate with teams to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes
• Help enable adoption of AI tools, copilots, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities to augment employee productivity
• Develop repeatable frameworks and reusable patterns that help teams scale successful AI initiatives
• Support organizational alignment around shared AI capabilities, tooling approaches, and operational best practices

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, digital transformation, operations, enterprise technology, management consulting, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change, process improvement, and business outcomes
• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and scaling technology-enabled solutions across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, workflow technologies, copilots, and emerging enterprise technology trends
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable programs and measurable results
