At AFS, our Technology Analysts play a critical role in helping federal agencies solve complex challenges through the power of technology, data, and human ingenuity. You’ll work side‑by‑side with teammates to design and deliver innovative solutions that support national security, public safety, and civilian services. • Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies and next‑generation IT tools, including genitive AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
• Apply frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and enhance decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology‑enabled solutions.
• Support the design and delivery of systems/applications, dashboards, and process automation tools.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI.
