DSCA Duty Desk Officer

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Duty Desk Officer to join our team! This position is a DSCA Duty Desk Officer. This position is in Arlington, VA.

Duties include:

• A DSCA Duty Desk Officer is responsible for monitoring operations, identifying discrepancies in mission areas, and providing decision-making support to leadership during domestic incident responses.

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience:
  
  Approximately 10 years of experience in a relevant field, such as cyber program analysis, operations, or emergency management;
  Experience working in a joint, interagency, or rapid-response environment (e.g., National Guard J3/J-I, Joint Field Offices).
• Technical Skills & Knowledge:
  Comprehensive understanding of DSCA regulations, including DoD Directive 3025.18, and the six validation criteria (CARRLL). Knowledge of the Stafford Act and National Incident Management System (NIMS). Proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications & Training:
  Completion of DSCA Phase I (online) and Phase II.
