We are seeking an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst who will analyze the business implications of technology application to the current business environment. The analyst will work under general supervision to define system scope, develop systems, document requirements, advise junior analysts, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic as necessary.
• Guide and advise less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Arts/Science preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

• Ability to work in some phases of systems analysis.
• Ability to consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
