Cybersecurity Incident Response AnalystJob Description: The Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst is responsible for real-time threat detection, security event monitoring, triaging, and mitigation across network, cloud, and endpoint infrastructures. Operating as a core member of the Security Operations Center (SOC), this position analyzes high-priority alerts generated by SIEM and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms to identify unauthorized intrusion attempts, insider threats, or zero-day vulnerabilities.
Primary responsibilities include performing digital forensics, containing compromised systems, conducting root-cause investigations, formulating containment playbooks, and delivering detailed post-incident reviews to executive leadership. You will also continuously refine threat detection rules and integrate threat intelligence feeds into automated defense workflows
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, or GIAC/GCIH) preferred.
