Daily Responsibilities

• Create epics, user stories with acceptance and testing criteria
• Participate in the development of functional business requirements and help stakeholders assess relative priorities for both businessprocessand technology solutions.
• Evaluate alternative business processes and technology solutions and participate in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
• Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
• Analyze and document business processes and systems
• Facilitate requirements gathering
• Prepare client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
• Interface with the application development team

Years of Experience
:

• At least four years of experience of eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews and documentation while applying detailed knowledge of Service Now

Required Degree
:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline
• Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to develop strong on-site and remote team and client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
• Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile methodology

Preferred

Certifications:

• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now CIS IT Service Management or other similar Service Now certification
• Certified Associate in Project Management(CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• AgileSAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL v3 certification

Required Clearance

• Public Trust; this position requires the ability to secure a security clearance of secret level, if needed
