Apogee seeks an APACS Help Desk Coordinator to support the FCP at HQ USAF. You will oversee the APACS Help Desk, provide on-site policy, admin, and technical support for NIPRNET/SIPRNET APACS portals, and coordinate with DISA on patches.
Lead troubleshooting and ticket management while guiding subsystem changes per the CCB. Required are US citizenship and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, plus a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in the field, including DoD.
