CRDF Global is seeking a part-time Service Desk Analyst in Arlington, VA to support staff technology and to build AI agents and automations for routine support requests.
The role splits time between standard service desk duties (tickets, endpoints, accounts, onboarding) and building agents in Copilot Studio and workflows in Power Automate. Onsite at least two days weekly with remaining hours remote as scheduled by IT leadership.
