As the Deployment Lead, you will shape, define, and implement new business processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will analyze current workflows, design innovative solutions, and manage the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle for OneFM solutions integrated with Oracle Cloud. Acting as the bridge between the technical teams and the business community, you will facilitate communication, gather user needs, define requirements and use cases, and ensure that deployments are executed smoothly and effectively.

Your role will also include participating in user and task analysis to maintain a strong focus on user experience and operational impact.

• Lead deployment of OneFM solutions with seamless integration into Oracle Cloud.
• Analyze and design new business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
• Participate in user and task analysis to keep business objectives central throughout deployment.
• Manage deployment timelines, activities, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities and deployment processes.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and user analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable deployment plans.
• Familiarity with deployment management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience facilitating discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and deployment activities.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
