Accenture Federal Services seeks a RHEL System Administrator to monitor and maintain Cameo systems in a cloud environment while ensuring high availability, system integrity, and compliance with federal security standards. The role involves system administration, user support, virtual desktop management, and close coordination with security and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Understand, configure, and implement systems using Linux command-line in a cloud environment
Monitor Cameo systems, maintain integrity and accessibility of server resources, hardware, systems, and key processes
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot user profile issues in virtual desktop environments
Monitor and optimize system storage disk usage on virtual desktops; create and delete user sessions and profiles
Create, maintain, and update documentation including SOPs and Run Books; maintain work backlog in JIRA in an Agile environment
Assist Information Systems Security and Engineering teams in implementing security compliance measures including software versioning, scanning, patching, and ATO/accreditation standards

What You Need

Ability to understand, configure, and implement systems using Linux command-line in a cloud environment
Experience monitoring systems, maintaining integrity and accessibility of server resources, hardware, systems, and key processes
Configuration and maintenance experience with systems within a cloud environment, ensuring high availability
Ability to administer, configure, and troubleshoot user profile issues in virtual desktop environments
Experience with user support, user groups and permissions, and user accessibility management
Top Secret Clearance with SCI required
Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship

Nice to Have

IAT Level II certification
Proven experience as a Red Hat Systems Administrator
Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) command line
Familiarity with XRDP
Knowledge of image creation and deployment of virtual desktops
Understanding of managing multiple user sessions or basic sessman knowledge in virtual desktop environments
Knowledge of Cameo No Magic
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of JIRA
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
