Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced
Senior Information Technology Project Manager
to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Critical Infrastructure Information Sharing Environment (CI-ISE) and Homeland Security Information Network-Critical Infrastructure (HSIN-CI) Program Support Services.
The Senior Information Technology Project Manager will provide overall direction to contractor personnel and serve as the contractor's single point of contact to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The individual will oversee performance across a mission-focused program encompassing platform operations, technical support, analytics, stakeholder engagement, training, program management, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will bring significant Federal IT program management experience and the ability to manage performance, schedules, risks, reporting, stakeholders, personnel, and deliverables in a dynamic interagency environment.
This position is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Information Technology Project Manager will:
- Provide overall direction to Contractor personnel performing work under the Task Order.
- Serve as the single point of contacttothe CO and COR.
- Lead overall task order management andmaintainschedule and quality across services and products.
- Establish andmaintainthe Contractor Project Management Plan, including organizational structure, staffing, schedules, management controls, risk management, quality assurance, communications, deliverable management, subcontractor management, surge support, and issue escalation.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, staffing, sequencing, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate program activities and stakeholder engagement across Federal and interagency environments.
- Oversee performance reporting and prepare required weekly status reports, Monthly Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, and other required reporting.
- Support Agile, hybrid, and/or iterative delivery approaches across the program.
- Monitor performance, technical progress, schedule status, issues, risks, recommendations, and upcoming priorities.
- Support platform availability, operational performance, incident handling, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with DHS organizations, including the HSIN Program Management Office, as required.
- Maintain effective communication with Government leadership and respond to technical and operational issues.
- Be available to the COR via telephone between 0700 and 1800 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, ora related field.
Experience
- Minimum of eight years of directly related professional experience
- Minimum of four years managing Federal IT or platform-based programs ofsimilar size, scope, and complexity
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
