As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for Headquarters Marine Corps, Deputy Commandant for Information, Plans and Strategy Division. You’ll lead doctrine and concept develop ment, draft strategic documents, review higher level policy , and coordinate staff actions to advance the Marine Corps understanding of information and the information environment. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes.

• 5+ years of experience with strategy or doctrine development
• Experience writing policy , doctrine, or strategic level documents
• Experience leading planning teams to solve complex problems
• Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process or Joint Planning Process
• Knowledge of information warfare and asso cia ted elements of it
• Ability to translate complex ideas into understandable written descriptions for broad audiences to ingest
• TS/SCI clearance

• Experience with Headquarters Marine Corps
• Ability to display published articles or reports
• Possession of excellent verbal and written executive communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
