Travel Coordinator SETA – Arlington, VA
Man Tech International Corporation is seeking a Travel Coordinator SETA to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s Information Innovation Office.
Responsibilities- You will work as a member of a Travel Support Team as a SETA (Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance) Program Analyst supporting efforts within a Department of Defense research organization.
- The qualified candidate will be tasked to provide a range of travel support to Government Program Managers for ongoing Research and Development (R&D) programs.
- Overall duties require the ability to handle a high‑stress job, problem‑solving, applying judgment to multiple priorities, and performing parallel tasking, all while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy of work products with high impact and visibility at the highest levels of DARPA.
- Supporting Program Managers in their travel documentation, implementation, and scheduling.
- Maintaining travel budgets for Program Managers.
- Submitting travel orders and reconciling travel receipts.
- Must have an active Secret clearance or higher.
- At least four years of experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Ability to provide travel support to up to twenty (20) Program Managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Attention to detail on assignments of a varied, diverse, and sometimes difficult nature.
- Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects under tight time deadlines.
- Two or more years of experience with small team management, including delegation of assignments.
- Three or more years of experience with process improvement/development.
- BA/BS degree or higher.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
