An experienced One Stream Senior Developer with deep platform expertise and the ability to lead technical design and delivery of complex One Stream XF implementations.

You mentor junior developers, drive platform best practices, and work closely with solution architects, functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

• Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

• Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.

• Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides.

• Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

• Involvement in growing the practice by supporting the new business proposal process – business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.

• Support the creation of responses to request for proposals.

• Deliver and develop functional One Stream solutions that meet business requirements, with deep One Stream technical subject matter expertise.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years experience developing One Stream platforms including experience with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations

• Minimum of 2 years experience developing business rules in  or C#

• Minimum of 2 years experience developing Data Management sequences and steps

• Minimum of 3 years report & dashboard development

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading technical work streams and mentoring junior developers.

• One Stream Certified (OCA):
  Administration or Implementor. (If not already certified, willingness to become certified in 6 months).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

  Bonus points if:

• You have experience in one or more of the following industries:
  Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector, or Banking.

• You are proficient in C#, SQL, XML

• You have experience with advanced One Stream capabilities;
  Sensible AI, CPM Express etc.

• You have experience with Data Integration tools

• You have completed one of the One Stream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)

• You have completed any advanced One Stream courses

• You have experience designing and/or developing One…
