Role Overview

• Lead delivery of investment operations and technology initiatives for credit-focused clients
• Serve as a polished, senior-facing liaison between executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and vendors
• Drive execution across complex implementations and transformation programs, with a clear understanding of project objectives, dependencies, risks, and decision points
• Operate as a hands-on leader combining strategy, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs
• Own end-to-end delivery across the implementation lifecycle (design build test deploy), ensuring work streams remain aligned to project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Engage senior stakeholders to clarify objectives, surface risks, drive decisions, and maintain alignment across business and technology teams
• Prepare and deliver clear executive-level updates, including status, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and decision points
• Manage vendor relationships and system integration efforts
• Oversee testing strategy, execution, and defect management
• Drive issue resolution, escalation, and stakeholder alignment
• Guide data implementation efforts including source-to-target mapping, migration validation, reconciliations, lineage, and control considerations
• Advise on target operating model design across middle/back office functions, including roles, handoffs, controls, and BAU ownership
• Support readiness planning, user adoption, training coordination, and transition-to-BAU activities
• Mentor junior team members and provide quality assurance on deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system capabilities

• 7+ years of experience in consulting and/or investment operations
• Deep expertise in middle/back office workflows within asset management
• Strong track record delivering system implementations or transformation initiatives
• Advanced data analysis capabilities (data modeling, reconciliation, lineage)
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams
• Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex project details into clear, concise updates for senior audiences
• Strong executive presence, professional polish, and comfort leading discussions with client leadership
• Ability to understand project context, connect workstream activities to broader business objectives, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and decision needs
• Proven ability to manage vendors and complex delivery dependencies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate independently and lead work streams with minimal oversight
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset (“doer” + leader)

• Deep experience with public and private credit markets, including structured finance products such as CLOs, broadly syndicated loans, bank loans, whole loans, private credit, bonds, or other fixed income instruments
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Wall Street Office, Moody’s Manager Module, PAM for Investments, or similar investment operations systems
• Experience with large-scale platform implementations, data transformations, target operating model design, or process transition initiatives
• Exposure to IBOR/accounting platforms, investment data architecture, data migration, source-to-target mapping, and reconciliation frameworks
• Experience supporting user readiness, adoption planning, training, or post-go-live stabilization
• SQL, Python, or advanced data tooling experience
