We are looking for an experienced People Soft HCM Architect to lead the architecture, assessment, and modernization of enterprise People Soft HCM environments. This is a senior-level architecture role focused on People Soft modernization, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration, integration architecture, and data & analytics strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define modernization roadmaps and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready HCM solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead architecture assessments and modernization initiatives across People Soft HCM environments.
- Develop and execute strategies for migrating People Soft HCM workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Design enterprise integration architecture across People Soft, Oracle Cloud, and third-party applications.
- Define data architecture and strategies for reporting, analytics, and data modernization.
- Assess existing People Soft environments and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Develop technical roadmaps covering application, cloud, integration, and data architecture.
- Provide senior technical leadership throughout modernization and transformation programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- 10+ years of People Soft HCM experience.
- 5+ years of architecture, modernization, or technical leadership experience.
- Strong background in People Soft HCM architecture and enterprise environments.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud migration.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with data architecture, analytics, reporting, and data strategy.
- Experience leading complex People Soft modernization or transformation programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and communicate complex technical architecture and modernization roadmaps.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with People Soft upgrades and application modernization.
- Experience integrating People Soft with Oracle Cloud and third-party platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, BI, and analytics solutions.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise or government environments.
