Training and Adoption Consultant

• Support client electronic health record (EHR) implementation
• Facilitate learning activities including classroom instruction, computer-based training, scenario-based practice, and hands‑on coaching
• Support end users in learning and effectively using new EHR systems
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the training lifecycle
• Facilitate client training strategy at assigned sites through virtual training sessions at hospitals and clinicals
• Collaborate with cross‑pillar work streams
• Document successful completion of technical and functional user training
• Attend and/or lead meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Attend internal and external meetings

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD  PUBLIC TRUST ; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
• US Citizenship required; no sponsorship available
• Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
• Minimum of THREE (3) years of training experience
• Experience working directly in the Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, administrative staff, or other end user
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
• Ability to identify and address client needs
• Ability to prepare concise, accurate documents
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to excel independently and as a team member
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership
• Ability to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables
• Quiet workspace to deliver learning with supporting IT accessories, including access to a cellphone
• Access to a working cellphone required during onsite activities

Demonstrates expertise in EHR implementation and training, with a strong focus on facilitating learning activities and providing ongoing support to end users. Proficient in managing client needs and delivering effective training strategies in dynamic environments.
