We are urgently hiring a hands-on Cyber Security Lead to lead and execute the company’s cybersecurity program in support of federal government contracts. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with no direct reports
, responsible for enterprise-wide information security strategy, compliance, and risk management requiring hands-on
work.

• Serveastheorganization’sseniorauthorityoncybersecurityandadviseexecutiveleadershiponriskandstrategy
• Develop,implement,andmaintainenterprise-widesecuritypolicies,standards,and controls
• EnsurecompliancewithNIST

  800-171,CMMC,CMMI,ISO9K,ISO
  20K,ISO
  27K,RMF,andotherfederalrequirements
• Manage Authority to Operate (ATO) processesandinterfacewithauditorsandassessors
• Conductriskassessments,vulnerability analysis,andriskmitigationactivities
• Overseeincidentresponseplanningandexecution
• Reviewproposedsystemarchitecturestoensure"Security by Design
• Guidesecurearchitectureacrossnetwork,cloud,andendpointenvironments
• Collaborate with program teams and support security requirements for proposals

• ActiveTS/SCIclearanceorabilitytoobtain
• Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperience
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience
• Experienceinagovernmentcontractingenvironment
• StrongknowledgeofNISTframeworks,RMF,andfederalcompliancerequirements
• Hands-onexperiencewithnetwork,cloud,andendpointsecurity
• Ability to operate independently without direct reports, and execute the responsibilities with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• CISSP,CISM,orsimilarcertification
• Familiarity with classified environments and SCIF operations
