- Program Analyst to support the USSF PMA in Arlington, VA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning, developing, and overseeing implementation of personnel policies, guidance, programs, and legislative initiatives
• Familiar with US Airforce Reserves and Active Duty, military and civilian personnel actions; accessions; recruiting; assignments; benefits; joint talent development; compensation; career development; leave, promotions, etc.
• Assist in advising the Chief Human Capital Officer on congressional liaison and engagements
• Coordinate development, integration, and resourcing of information technology systems supporting human resource management programs and process human resource technology prioritization, and technology scouting

SUPERVISION
:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 – 10 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field speech writing or in performing equivalent duties and responsibilities
• Experience in speech writing or in performing equivalent duties and responsibilities
• Significant expertise in communications principles, methods, practices, and techniques, including skill in presenting ideas in speech and in written form to inform and persuade audiences at all levels

COMPUTER SKILLS
:

• Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
• Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
