As a Program Analyst supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies, you will have the opportunity to do the following:

• Support outreach by coordinating and engaging with key partners in the RDT&E community including government laboratories, industry, academia, FFRDCs, UARCs, and international partners.
• Prepare and edit briefings, reports, white papers, and other business and technical products in support of senior leadership decision‑making.
• Support office operations by tracking tasks and due‑outs, documenting meeting notes, and supporting record keeping.
• Support outreach with meeting and event planning, documentation, maintaining contact lists.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, advanced experience with Teams and SharePoint is preferred
• Current DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee‑owners. The salary range for this position is USD $98,000.00/Yr.

- USD $150,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
