* What You Will Do:

* The Training and Adoption Consultant will be responsible for supporting our client with their electronic health record (EHR) implementation. This position will help support end users for the new EHR through facilitation of learning activities that may include classroom instruction, computer-based training, scenario-based practice and hands-on coaching. Trainers position end users to acquire the knowledge and skills to effectively use their EHR systems and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the training lifecycle.

The candidate will:

+ Facilitate education of the client's training strategy at assigned sites through virtual training sessions at hospitals and clinicals.

+ Collaborate with cross-pillar work streams.

+ Document successful completion of technical and functional user training.

+ Attend and/or lead meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.

+ Attend internal and external meetings.

* What You Will Need:

* + Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse

+ Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply:

+ Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's

+ Minimum of THREE (3) years of training experience

+ Experience working directly in the Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, administrative staff, or other end user

+ Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications

+ Demonstrates abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents

+ Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

+ Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership

+ Ability to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables

+ Quiet workspace to deliver learning with supporting IT accessories including access to a cellphone. Access to a working cellphone will be required during onsite activities.

** What Would Be Nice To Have:*
* + Advanced degree in healthcare related field

+ Experience in health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project

+ Experience as a clinician

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$.  Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
