As a Senior Web Designer with JCTM, you will support design and communication capabilities, including SharePoint and other digital collaborative platforms, dashboards, reporting, data visualization, and accessible ICT content.

• Support design of SharePoint sites and other digital collaborative platforms.
• Support content management involving the collection, delivery, retrieval, governance, and overall management of information.
• Apply UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise to Government-approved activities.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and communication of findings to IOD and CISA stakeholders.
• Support CISA public-facing internet sites and information platforms where assigned.
• Support Section 508 conformance for applicable ICT, electronic documents, web-based content, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
• Support validation and documentation of accessibility conformance when developing or modifying applicable ICT.

Expand your expertise through work involving SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, data-visualization capabilities, and other Government-approved collaborative platforms.

Collaborate with information-management, data-analysis, business-analysis, and operational teams while supporting accessible digital experiences and stakeholder communications.

• UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise.
• Experience supporting digital collaborative platforms and content management.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 capabilities applicable to the assigned work.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to address the Section 508 accessibility requirements applicable to delivered ICT.
