A company is looking for a Paralegal to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, and related USPTO documents Support TTAB matters and coordinate international filings with foreign counsel Manage attorney dockets, communicate with clients, and conduct trademark screening searches
Required Qualifications Paralegal certificate (required)
Experience with trademark and/or intellectual property matters Proficiency with USPTO systems (TEAS, TESS, TSDR, ESTTA) Experience managing complex trademark portfolios and deadline-driven dockets Ability to obtain legalizations, certifications, and apostilles for international filings
