The Transactional or Commercial Development Paralegal is a mid-to-senior level legal professional supporting complex real estate and development transactions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This full-time role requires strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and effective cross-functional communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating real estate contracts, including leases, construction agreements, mortgage financing documents, and related transactional materials.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews.
• Coordinate and support transaction closings, including tracking and reviewing closing documents.
• Maintain legal project databases and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to advance transactions.
• Prepare and review confidentiality agreements, broker agreements, letters of intent, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and other ancillary real estate documents.
• Assist with compliance related to loan documentation, joint venture agreements, and purchase agreements.
• Support corporate entity formation, maintenance, charter document review, and integration of acquired entities.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support for decision-making.
• Collaborate on general corporate matters, compliance initiatives, and property insurance-related issues.
