Arlington, Virginia Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Supply Room & Inventory Management:
Operate the supply room and its automated inventory system, manage stock levels, issue supplies, and prepare reports.
* Procurement & Ordering Support:
Initiate and process supply orders by gathering price information, creating shopping carts, drafting procurement actions, and submitting Purchase

Requisition s (PRs) in ERP.
* Receiving & Material Handling:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies, handling all discrepancies and returns. Assist with material handling and interoffice moves.

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* One (1) year of functional experience in operating a centralized mail room.
* One (1) year of functional experience in operating an automated supply inventory management system.
* Current valid driver's license
* Acceptable driving record as evidenced by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
