Supply Room Clerk
Location:
Arlington, Virginia
Clearance required:
SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supply Room & Inventory Management:
Operate the supply room and its automatedinventory system, manage stock levels, issue supplies, and prepare reports.
Procurement & Ordering Support:
Initiate and process supply orders by gathering price information, creating shopping carts, drafting procurement actions, and submitting Purchase
Requisition s (PRs) in ERP.Receiving & Material Handling:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies, handling all discrepancies and returns. Assist with material handling and interoffice moves.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent One (1) year of functional experience in operating a centralized mail room.
One (1) year of functional experience in operating an automated supply inventory management system.
Current valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record as evidenced by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
